The needed documents:
 
1.    Copy of trademark registration certificate
 
2.    Copy of both parties’ identification documents (business certificate for enterprises; identification card for natural person; passport and its Chinese translation for foreigners)
 
3.    Two original copy of POA sealed or signed by the assignee
 
4.    The request form sealed or signed by both parties
 
5.    Trademark assignment contract sealed or signed by both parties
 
6.    Original copy or copy of trademark assignment agreement signed by both parties
 
Time frame
 
It will take one month to get the receipt notice after the Trademark Office receiving the application.
 
It will take six to ten months to get the certificate from the Trademark Office.
