Time limit:

The trademark opposition shall be file within the two months of the announcement period.

The needed documents:

1. Request form;

2. POA;

3. Opposition request, opposition reasons and documentary evidences.

If there is the document written in other language, it shall be translated into Chinese or Portuguese.

Time frame:

The applicant shall respond to the opposition within 30 days after receiving the opposition notice.
