To promote self-discipline within the trademark agency industry, enhance service quality, and standardize market order, a systematic evaluation model has been established under the guidance of the China Trademark Association. Utilizing official data, in collaboration with Beijing Intellectual Property Treasure Network Technology Development Co., Ltd., this model assesses trademark agencies based on over ten dimensions, including trademark application volume, opposition cases, and review cases. The results have led to the announcement of the "Top 600 Trademark Agencies in China for 2024", which is open for public review from September 27, 2024 to October 12, 2024.
