They systematically analyzed the legal framework for IP protection in India, covering the Trademark Act, Copyright Act, Patent Act, and specialized e-commerce regulations. They emphasized that compliance is the cornerstone of combating counterfeiting and safeguarding brand value.  

Keynote Session: Market Opportunities and Platform Strategies

Jason, Key Account Manager of Amazon India, highlighted the vast opportunities in India, driven by its 1.4 billion population and 70% young consumer base. He also pointed out the advantages of Amazon’s lowest operational costs (FBA/CPC benefits) among all its global sites, coupled with India’s rapid GDP growth, creating a low-competition window for Chinese sellers to penetrate the market.
