On 20 November 2024, we had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Marcin Ociepka and Mr. Marcin Barczyk from KBZ Firm at our office.

During the meeting, we exchanged ideas on the Chinese trademark system, European trademark and design applications, copyright systems, and dispute resolution. We also discussed the intellectual property needs of cross-border businesses in Europe. KBZ shared their valuable experience in handling Amazon-related disputes, which was particularly insightful.
