We frequently receive inquiries from Shenzhen sellers regarding inquiries about USPTO office actions, patent infringement complaints on Amazon's US marketplace, and intellectual property litigation in the US. To better assist sellers with these issues, we held the intellectual property protection seminar again on November 22, 2024.

During the seminar, our partner Steven LIN analyzed different types of IP infringement cases in the US and provided strategy for IP portfolio building. This was followed by Fancy Wang, a patent attorney, who shared experience on handling IP infringement complaints and lawsuits, as well as methods for identifying and mitigating infringement risks. Finally, Eva Mo, a trademark attorney, discussed strategies for preventing and addressing trademark squatting.

We will continue to host similar seminars in the future, aiming to grow together with sellers and leverage our expertise and legal resources to support Shenzhen sellers in bringing their products to the global market.
